Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Perfume contains alcohol and is regulated for air shipping, so carriers may limit delivery to some PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and parts of Alaska and Hawaii. If we can't ship your order to the address provided, we will contact you and, if needed, refund you in full.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after you place them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed starting the next business day. During busy periods and sales, processing may take a little longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will email you.

Shipping options and costs

All orders ship from New Jersey with tracking.

Standard: $8.00
Express: $15.00

You will see the available options, prices and estimated delivery times at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can change because of carrier delays, weather or holidays.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track it on our Track your order page or in your account. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Delayed, lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
